Eligibility Requirements

To apply for the international Endowed Scholarships, applicants must meet the following requirements;

  • Applicants must be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon.
  • Applicants must not be US citizens, permanent residents, or eligible for US federal financial assistance.
  • Applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Applicants must submit results from the following English language proficiency tests:
    • TOEFL PBT – 500
    • TOEFL IBT – 61
    • IELTS – 5.0
    • Completion of level 112 in an English Language School
