The Francophonie Scholarship Program (FSP) is an academic scholarship that was founded in 2001 by the Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie, in order to promote the French language and culture around the world.   • All international students are eligible to apply. This scholarship is not open to Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

PEO International Peace Scholarship Benefits/ Coverage

  • A student can receive up to $12,500 in funding. Smaller sums may be awarded based on individual needs.
  • The scholarship is based on financial need, but it is not intended to cover all academic or personal expenses. The applicant must confirm additional financial resources adequate to meet her estimated expenses at the time of application. The Francophonie Scholarship Program (FSP) is an academic scholarship that was founded in 2001 by the Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie, in order to promote the French language and culture around the world. The Francophonie Scholarship Program offers scholarships to students of all nationalities who are accepted into participating higher education institutions in France or Quebec (Canada). The number of scholarship spots is limited, and applications are competitive.
