The Emile Boutmy Scholarship was founded in memory of Emile Boutmy, a French economist who was a pioneer of market analysis and econometrics.

International students are welcome to study in France on a fully funded scholarship through the Emile Boutmy Scholarship Program. The Emile Boutmy Scholarship 2023, France, is open until April 10th, 2023. The scholarship is available at Science Po University for bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.
Science Po University is a French public university located in Paris. Students from all countries other than the European Union are eligible to apply. It must be located outside of the European Union. In the majority of the majors, Sciences Po is ranked first in France. The Undergraduate Scholarship is for three years, and the MS Degree is for two years.

The Science Po Scholarship will not be automatically awarded. You must apply to Science Po and select “Emile Boutmy Scholarship” in the Financial Section. You may also select other scholarships in the financial section, such as the Eiffel Scholarship. All academic fields are entirely available in English. Funding for bachelor’s degree Program
- Tuition fee grants will be given to candidates in a variety of forms:
- A three-year tuition grant of €13,190 per year.
- A three-year tuition grant of €8,800 per year.
- A three-year tuition grant of €6,000 per year.
- A three-year tuition grant of €3,600 per year.

Funding for master’s degree Program
- Candidates will receive a tuition fee grant of €12,200 per year for the duration of the two-year program.

Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the Emile Boutmy scholarship, students must be first-time applicants from a non-European Union state, whose household does not file taxes within the European Union, and who have been admitted to the undergraduate or master’s program.
- Unless otherwise decided by the jury, the scholarship cannot be combined with other scholarships (Eiffel scholarship, AEFE scholarship, BGF…).
- This scholarship is given based on merit and the type of profile desired for this program. Social criteria are also considered.
- This scholarship is not awarded automatically; candidates must express their desire to apply directly in their online bachelor’s or master’s application form.
